New equipment to combat surface matter due to arrive this December!

2 November 2023

The Doff Integra is a high-temperature steam cleaning system used for the removal of various types of organic matter, coatings, and pollutants from surfaces. It operates by superheating water to approximately 150°C (300°F) and then applying it in the form of steam to the targeted surface through a specially designed nozzle.

The benefits of using a Doff Integra for Waterseal’s customers include:

  1. Efficient Cleaning: The high-temperature steam effectively breaks down and removes paint, grime, algae, moss, and other organic materials from surfaces.
  2. Gentle on Substrates: The process is gentle on most surfaces, making it suitable for use on delicate materials such as historic stone, brick, and wood.
  3. Environmentally Friendly: The system uses only water and heat, avoiding the need for harsh chemicals or abrasive techniques, which can be detrimental to the environment.
  4. Reduced Water Consumption: Compared to traditional pressure washing, the Doff Integra typically uses less water, making it more environmentally sustainable.
  5. Long-lasting Results: The thorough cleaning achieved by the Doff Integra can lead to longer intervals between necessary cleaning sessions.
  6. Restoration of Aesthetic Appeal: It revitalizes the appearance of surfaces, restoring them to their original condition, which can be especially valuable for historical or architectural preservation projects.
  7. Kills Biological Growth: The high-temperature steam kills algae, moss, and other organic growth, preventing their rapid regrowth.
  8. Versatility: It can be used on a wide range of surfaces, including stone, brick, concrete, and wood, making it suitable for various applications.
  9. Compliance with Regulations: Utilising a high-temperature steam cleaning system like the Doff Integra may help meet environmental and safety regulations in certain regions.

The Doff Integra provides a highly effective and environmentally friendly solution for paint removal, cleaning and restoration of a variety of surfaces. Its versatility, efficiency, and gentleness on substrates make it a valuable tool for Waterseal’s customers, particularly those dealing with sensitive or historically significant surfaces.”
