The suspended concrete awning roof required repair and a durable waterproofing system. At its edge, the slab terminated against a heritage-listed stained-glass window whose deteriorated sill and side details could not simply be replaced.
Waterseal stripped the old membrane, repaired the slab and applied a long-lasting polyurea system. The team also developed a compatible repair detail at the junction between the window frame and the concrete slab.
