The viaduct required approximately 7,000 metres of continuous joint detailing and waterproofing. High daytime temperatures meant day and night shifts were required to maintain productivity across the extensive work area.
Waterseal coordinated its joint-detailing and waterproofing work across day and night shifts, progressing along the viaduct while responding to the hot-weather conditions recorded in the original project brief.

The legacy project record confirms that the waterproofing scope was completed and the client was satisfied with the finished work.
