Issue: Ingress into space below due to cracking within the concrete roof slab and deterioration/delamination of the waterproof coating due to age and UV exposure.

Solution: Existing membrane removed, cracks repaired + application of new heavy duty polyurea waterproof membrane + trafficable and heat reducing topcoat.
