Issue: Ingress into suspended cantilevered concrete slab via crack under cast in stainless steel channel drain

Solution: As the channel drain could not be removed (very well cast in and very expensive to replace…), and injection into the soffit wasn’t desired, the repair was achieved via flooding the space below the channel drain with a low viscosity 100% solids epoxy that sealed the crack via gravity feed.
