Water was entering a suspended cantilevered concrete slab through a crack beneath a cast-in stainless-steel channel drain. Removing and replacing the firmly cast drain would have been costly, while soffit injection was not the preferred approach.
Waterseal flooded the space below the channel drain with a low-viscosity, 100% solids epoxy, allowing the resin to gravity-feed into and seal the concealed crack.

The selected method treated the concealed crack without removing the stainless-steel drain or relying on injection from the slab soffit.
