Waterseal remediated a masonry planter wall at a private residence in Landsdale by removing failed finishes, repairing and desalinating the brickwork, and applying a capillary densifier and cementitious waterproof parge coat.
The masonry planter wall had a failed render and texture coating. The underlying brickwork needed to be exposed, repaired and treated before a new waterproofing system and finished render could be applied.
Waterseal removed the failed render and texture coat, made good the substrate and desalinated the brickwork. A capillary densifier and cementitious waterproof parge coat were then applied before handover to the renderer for the finished coat.

The planter wall substrate was repaired, treated and waterproofed, leaving it ready for the renderer to apply the final finish.
