Waterseal completed planter waterproofing and drainage repairs at North Cottesloe Surf Life Saving Club to address lateral ingress into offices and the change area below.
Water was moving laterally from the planter areas into adjacent offices and the change area below. The existing membrane, falls, drainage and local structural defects all contributed to the problem.
Waterseal removed the existing membrane, corrected the planter falls, drainage and structural defects, installed a new heavy-duty polyurea waterproofing membrane and added a modular rigid drainage cell.

The rebuilt planter system combined corrected drainage with a continuous membrane and drainage cell to manage water away from the adjoining occupied areas.
