Water was entering through a degraded expansion joint in the podium slab and reaching the car park below. The repair needed to accommodate movement while restoring a reliable waterproof transition.
Waterseal removed and replaced the degraded polyurethane joint, reprofiled the joint where required and installed a Hypalon bandage over the completed detail.
