Issue: This was an interesting one. The client was seeking a tough and durable waterproofing solution to protect a suspended concrete awning roof. The challenge was that not only was the slab in need of repair, the slab terminated at the interface with a heritage listed stained glass window. The window sill and sides were pretty beaten up but couldn’t be replaced due to heritage concerns.

Solution: Waterseal not only stripped back the old membrane and applied a long lasting Polyurea system, we found a way to correct the issues between the window frame and slab which is now no longer leaking.
